Another concept for the honeybee company focusing on the origin of the honey-making process—floral pollination. This scientific direction is bringing forth a look of botanical drawings and precise detail and information about the single source origins. The honey is a snapshot of time and place. The season, the hive, the flower and climate all play a role in the flavor of lots of small batches of honey—one of the farm's unique aspects, setting them apart from other honey in the market.
Sadly this concept was just ruled out, compared to the two others options. A little too classic or expected of a honey brand in their market right now. More coming soon!
