Thank You Big Papi - Boston Red Sox Sendoff

I had the unbelievable honor to be a part of this project with other designers around the world for the Boston Red Sox as they send David Ortiz aka Big Papi off.

There are 34 billboards around the Boston metro with 34 artists' interpretations of the number 34.

This concept reflects on Papi's 19 years in the MLB. Each year, unique in itself, is reflected as a different font (19 total) overlaid to create a unique 34.

Our careers are abstract. There are individual years with their own characteristics just as the fonts have their own individual characteristics, but the sum of the parts create a beautiful and unique journey and image. Congrats and thank you Big Papi!
