Secondary Persona - My license app

Hi Dribbblers,

Here is the secondary User persona for my license app. Started the research work with ethnography, interviews and surveys to understand the existing process in depth. My license app aims to make process of applying and getting the driving license easier for people of India.

Based on that research came up with 2 personas. This is the secondary persona I am sharing it with you which clearly defines the three pain points of the users which are as follows:
1. Visiting RTO for applying for driving license
2. Save time by reducing the number of times needs to visit RTO
3. know the estimated time of license delivery
