Userflowin'
A lot of the time, I tend to draw up user flows not just in-app but also for inbound users. This not only helps me think about the conversion funnels and the business objectives, but it also helps my team visualize friction. Friction, that might exist within traffic points leading up to the product. We could also narrow down the type of audience that may invest into the experience that we've put out for them, in this case a conference.
