Responsive mobile navigation concept

Still exploring concepts for a new navigation for geniac.com 's product. This one gets rid of the main 'areas' (which is how the business is organised, not the way the users perceive it) in favour of single products (expenses, payslips, employees etc), effectively getting rid of one level of navigation altogether = saving loads of space especially on mobile.
