I needed a icon to represent myself on my portfolio and business cards. I always go though this process where I spend forever hating everything I make to represent myself and it somehow devolves into being cat related. For my five billionth rebrand, I decided to just skip all that self hatred and go straight for cats. I decided to illustrate a cat holding a pen that very subtly creates a lower case "e" shape for my first name. The hardest thing to overcome on this project was seriousness. Once I stopped caring and just had fun with it, I think I might actually keep this one for quite a while. TLDR Be chill. Makes things. Done is better than perfect.
