Payment details page update

Payment details page design for the bill pay upgrade flow. The bill pay journey team noticed there was a significant drop off from this page. From testing it was also noticed that when a payment failed it would take the customer out of the flow and display an error, making them go through all the steps again and causing friction in the flow for no reason.

In the new design the customer now has a quick way to add to their next bill or pay by card. The payment form was updated, saved card details and error handling were added to this page to enhance the user experience and remove the usability issues.

This went live in November just before the new iPhone launch and we hit 117% of the monthly target for the first time.
