Personalised homepages on Vodafone.ie, based on data insights. The data was loaded into Test&Target for 1) upgrade eligible customers and 2) people looking to switch to bill pay, serving them a personalised homepage. For the month of April 2015 when the test was ran we saw an increase of 69% in bill pay upgrade sales (from 553 to 940 sales). And also an increase of 12.2% in people switching to bill pay from pay as you go.
These two customer types where chosen as both where preforming well and an increase would take us closer to our targets for the year.
