New HatBox.co Footer

I'm having some fun with the footer CTAs. The top one will take the user to a preferred case study, while the simple form should collect enough details for me to engage it the conversation.

Nothing ground-breaking here, of course. I'm simply experimenting with slightly non-conventional footer styles (overlapping boxes, etc.)
