Pay & Go was a 3rd part of my concept called Future of Retail I designed a year ago.

What you see in the picture is a new type of a price tag (goodbye barcode) generated out of triangles. Their points are randomly placed in the area, then connected together and in the end, randomly filled up to create 3*2^.... well, a lot of combinations to make it unique for every price, product model, etc.
