Education Web Application

This is the activity feed page within an app I'm building for the education sector. The drop-down allows you to switch between different tutor groups, the images to the left of these are the school logos (as is the top left). The first row in the drop-down shows the hover state, the cogs also brighten up as you hover.

Debating stripping some of the icons out of this, seems a little over the top. The icon set used is available here: http://p.yusukekamiyamane.com/
