Trial Ended Modal

I've been experimenting with some more colourful modals and pop ups to bring more personality into the site lately. This is one of my favourites - taking some inspiration from a series of new popups in Google+ with lots of colour and graphics. The bottom section teases a graphic related to the content of the modal - with a very clear, contrasting call to action smack dab in the middle.

This modal appears in our resources app following the end of a trial, prompting the user to upgrade, or continue without.

Having some trouble with the close button positioning on the clock. Suggestions would be appreciated!
