Equipment Sign-Out Tool

I've been building an application for work to replace our paper sign-out process.

The tool holds a catalogue of all of our rentable inventory and allows our staff to create and keep an eye on sign-outs.

The attachment gives an overview of the process. There is a detail page that gives more information on the sign-out which is reached from the arrows on the cards. Upon creating a new sign-out, when the user goes to submit it, they are presented with a checklist modal to make sure all the parts of the respective equipment are in the box and in working order.
