Fluid Jelly Loader

The jelly effect is achieved in After Effects by utilizing an adjustment layer over your shapes, and applying two filters: Fast Blur (or any blur) and Simple Choker. By adjusting the effect levels you can strike a balance and create the fluid effect seen here. If there are more questions, I can write a tutorial on my site.
