User Journey Mapping

A rough journey mapping of a Viki user encountering VikiPass artifacts. The goal is to identify current pain points and explore new ways of improvement because VOD subscription model is important for us at Viki.

Still a work in progress. Will need to share with the team to further iterations.

A customer journey map tells the story of the customer’s experience: from initial contact, through the process of engagement and into a long-term relationship. If you are a designer, it will help you to understand the context of users. You will gain a clear picture of where the user has come from and what they are trying to achieve.
