Most of the time when I take an Uber, I'm trying to get somewhere cheaply. But what if UberX is surging? Would it be cheaper to take a black car? And what about those times when I'm in a rush? Which service can pick me up the quickest?

I put together a quick mockup of a ride request flow concept that makes it easier for users to pick the Uber service that best meets their needs, whether they're optimizing for price, for speed, or some blend of the two.
