Consistent Colors for Varying Sized Objects

I'm a huge fan of coming up with a set of colors and sticking to them, but something to be aware of is when to modify your colors so that they LOOK the same, even if they aren't the same. As objects shrink you may need to increase the contrast of the colors in order for them to appear the same as their larger counterparts.
