Chickpea bath
This is an illustration that visually explains an ingredient called "aquafaba" in a new eggless mayo product. Aquafaba is the water leftover after boiling chickpeas and is an excellent egg-replacement. The liquid that you find sitting in a can of chickpeas, that's aquafaba.
