Hail! App

A joke gone too far, the Hail! app was designed as an annoying solution to even more annoying problems.
1. You order an uber but you're buried in a crowd, how do you find each other? He has a sticker in his window, you have this obnoxious flashing app.
2. Welcome to NYC! Try and get a cab. Sticking your wittle-finger out not working? Put this app on its highest speed and try again.
3. At a concert and lost your friend? Type their name, stick your hand up- I promise they'll find you (or have a seizure).
