Back in 2014 I worked on one of the most challenging projects I've came across so far. Being the lead designer on such a complex project was certainly fun - despite the stress and tons of requirements and constraints.

AskVodafone is one of a multitude of intranet platforms on which the Vodafone Call Centre Agents get their news and information. We have been assigned to improve the site and create an effective information tool

The site is primarily used inside the organisation but is also accessed from employees around the globe, whether it be through their tablets or laptops.

In this shot you see the landing page users see when logging in to their system, featuring photos of employees or other promotional imagery in the back, like in Vodafone's lobby. Besides the big search field, this site holds trending search queries, quick links, news and acts as an entry point to Vodafone's intranet and a call agent's specific role.
