Rethinking the stakeholder map

I have conducted a couple of workshops lately where I had to explain the different layers of the stakeholder map. While the layers seems pretty self-explanatory, people struggle to see the relationship and hierarchy between them.

As I rarely use the whole circles anyway, I had the idea of an isometric 3D rendering. Decisions taken by higher outer layers have the power to impact the lower inner layers, eventually affecting the service or product like a snowball effect.

I will test this in situation during two more workshops this week, but so far I have asked around, and the feedback is positive. What do you think?
