TURNER logo

I helped create this logo as part of a complete re-branding of the Turner Broadcasting System with Troika.

The color blue used (see attachments) was named "Maverick Blue" to honer the maverick himself, Ted Turner, who started the company back in the 1970s.

The mark itself is a cool evolution of the old logo. It had basically gone unchanged for decades and finding the correct things in the old logo, to carry through to the new one, was part of the challenge we had in order to satisfy for ourselves and the client.
