Pocket Science Cartoon (1)

Hi Friends,
This Friday I am driving out to Burbank California to pitch my cartoon "Pocket Science" to Channel Frederator (producers of Adventure Time, Bee and Puppycat, Dexter's Lab, Powerpuff Girls, etc.)!!! I have been working on this idea for over a year now, creating and refining, and I am SO excited to start pitching it to studios. Currently I have a finished concept, character designs, a pilot episode script and storyboards.

This is Gloo, co-star of "Pocket Science". Gloo, a native of the jungle planet that our scientists are studying, is a goopy, deep thinking philosopher, obsessed with the ideas of death and the meaning of existence. He wanders the jungle with only 3 earthly possessions: a tea-cup, a book, and a pair of socks.

Gloo was the most difficult character for me to figure out. I spent months trying to refine his personality, but now he is my favorite character.

All this week I will be revealing more about the cartoon, in preparation for my pitch this Friday! Check the attachments for some more concept work.
