"Timeless" Plaid Timepiece
The concept was developed with a combination of 3D render (Solidworks --> Keyshot) and Photoshop. This is an early attempt at doing most of the heavy lifting in the render, without needing so much "correction" in Photoshop. As always, it's a learning experience.
This timepiece came from the idea of two moving pieces of glass creating a different plaid pattern as time passes. The concept was done mostly on a lark, so the mechanics are obviously fuzzy, but essentially the position of the clock face would follow the position of the minute hand.
