A Belgian-style wit beer proudly brewed in Saigon. In Vietnamese, Tê Tê means to be a little buzzed, a light electrocution or something cool. It’s also a Pangolin, a highly endangered ant eating mammal, with a tongue that’s longer than it’s body. The Vietnamese idiom "phê như con Tê Tê" literally means “high like a pangolin”. It contains a good helping of wheat and oats and it's unfiltered nature gives it a pale and cloudy appearance. Light touches of European hops and orange peel enhance it's fruity and citric notes, making it crispy and slightly tangy, further brought up by a lively level of carbonation. It has been designed for Vietnam's unique culture and climate. Best served at 4.C in an ice cold glass.
