Logo Rework
There was a tense moment when we told our client that we reworked their logo. You may have been in a meeting like this before. The client is thinking that we're messing with their baby and then running the numbers in their head of all of the signage and other things this could possibly change. However, when they saw the changes, they were pumped and it solved some of their scaling issues. In the end, no blood was shed and improvements were made all around!
Cleaning up a logo is sometimes the most difficult because you have such tight constraints and you want to toe the line of improvements vs personal preference so that you don't deviate too far off the beaten path. Sometimes it's easier to just start fresh but that doesn't mean it's the right thing to do for your client.
