Originally founded as a secluded university by Ruby Keen in 1986, Saturn City has grown from a college campus to a fully-functioning, secure, and bustling destination city. The city's location off of the California coast establishes it as a safe haven in response to the unrest throughout the rest of the mainland, after disaster struck the middle of our country. Its artificial islands provide an evocative landscape as well as a natural source of protection.
