The Streets. Only Growing up in the ghetto I have ever seen a pair of sneakers thrown over a telephone wire. I always wonder what happened. I use to image that a innocent child had been picked on by bullies who ended up taking their kicks and throwing them over the telephone wire. Never understood the meaning of it.
