Give Feedback Dialog

Collecting feedback from your customers is a very important step in the lifecycle of any product.

We collect feedback from our application, and use the action to trigger a request for either general feedback or a help request.

Some key aspects of UX/design in this feedback dialog:

- Collection emotion about the product, with "emoji" style
- Limit the number of fields a user must actively type in to
- Ask if the user wishes to be contacted about it
- Be flexible on which user should be contacted
