Field Stories - A Photographic Journal by David Guttenfelder

Been busy this last year and wanted to share this project I had the opportunity to work on here at Squarespace back in February.

We partnered with David Guttenfelder and wanted to tell his story, an amazing photographer who has been at the forefront of many conflicts and situations around the world, capturing historical and unseen moments in a photograph. For this site we wanted to showcase ten of his well known photographs and pair them with an audio experience where viewers can take in his images while also hearing his thoughts on what happened at the very moment when he pressed the shutter release button.
