Client Page for Golden Care Tools

Lots of fun new features and changes to the Client.

- Tabs make it easier to use different client tools - A new Prev / Next button group to traverse between clients and tab sections (each tab is it's own URL) - The Attendance Line Chart now shows positive vs negative attendance codes collated (this is a real data example) - Custom Highcharts Theme and Download button, message me if you want a copy of the code :)
