Food Blog Navigation & Search UX Concept

Recently at Hyam (www.hyam.de) we had to redesign a food blog for a famous food-influencer in Berlin. For the occasion I tried to experiment a little bit with the way navigation works in content websites and went for kind of a different approach than usual. According to the needs of the user, the content can be directly browsed using the tags as navigational element; otherwise, an elastic search allows her to be inspired with a selection of content based on a few parameters inserted in the query.
