Thief! Somebody stop that sootball!

I wanted to practice using the repeater in AE (see the little puffs of soot as they jump), as well as manipulating animation curves to get the right kind of over-exaggerated vertical movement. Character design is the IP of Miyazaki/Studio Ghibli.
