    The revamp of the Steadkey app. During the initial conversations and design/discovery for the product, the scope was Uuuuge (as D. Trump would say). And when launch depends on something so large the chances of success a low.
    At Spacetime, we coached the client on the value of starting small and creating a realistic MVP. From there we determined the most valuable benefits for customers and created an initial roadmap to build fast and get the product to customers.
