Exploring the Hotel Guest Experience

Our creative and experience team has recently been exploring the hotel space with a specific focus of creating a better guest experience throughout the entire trip.

We've been imagining what it would look like to have a digital concierge throughout that journey. Someone who knows your preferences and can assist you in those moments of wants throughout the trip.
