memory of a memory

a multimedia sketchbook from last fall, created with 35mm photos taken by my grandfather between 1950-1980, digital alterations, and monoprinted elements. the second half mirrors the first, with elements being altered or removed, to evoke the meloncholoy of fleeting memory.
