#011 - Flash Message (Error/Success) - Vanity Plate Designer

"Design a Flash Message with both the outcome for an error and success."

For error/success handling I wanted to do something simple and fun, but potentially useful. Every state I've researched has some sort of mechanism online for checking the availability of vanity plates, but they're all very ugly. What if there was a simple, elegant app or webform that could be plugged into the sidebar of state websites? The rulesets that govern accepted characters, spaces and terms is fairly complicated and different from state to state, but the front end could be easy and fun to use!
