Funeral ideas

This is a quick approach to a possible job I might be securing. The difficulty with a funeral website I've found is keeping it appropriate without any of the cliches. The attached shot was a first attempt but it looks a bit bland. So in the main shot I thought of removing the navigation bar and using the rest of the page for links/call-to-actions.
