Password Reset Journey
"Reset Password" is the most visited page, unfortunately. Here I'm trying to rethink that process. Aiming to keep the user on the screen, engaged, w/ a focus to get them logged in. A "by any means necessary" approach. We can use unique data that we know everyone has to verify their account, helping our customer, instead of making people jump through hoops to use our service.
Halfway point mockups. A little more hifi versions in order to present. Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions on anything that you see, feel free to shout.
