Lyft App – Contextual Panel

We've all been there – a busy intersection, cars fast approaching and a small window of opportunity to find your driver. It takes a coordinated effort to make this happen so we added this feature to make it just a bit easier.

Now, you can tap to expand the in-ride panel to get a bigger look at your driver, their car, and at your fellow line passengers without ever blocking the map. The panel also expands contextually to let you know at a glance when your driver has arrived and minimizes once your ride has begun, in case you need to change your destination.
