Aurora Marble & Granite

Re-design the Aurora brochure as well as photograph all the new products to be included on the list.

From photography to concept, development and print,
the Aurora brochure was an interesting project, where discovering the companys history was as much the part of designing the booklet. In 2011, Aurora was rescued by
‘Fired Up’ from ‘going under’. After digging through the abandoned and slightly apocalyiptic offices upstairs in the factory, I found little treasures of gold including undiscovered information, awards and old photographs of production which are featured in the new brochure for its history and heritage.

The brochure, based around a message of quality and heritage, is a 28pp A4 publication with a rough natural paper stock for the cover, and smooth matte laminated inside pages. Its layout is organised, yet freely placed into a structured grid with beautified imagery featured throughout all of the products.
