Post Review Flow – Feedback Prompt
This is an experiment for a Modal the customer would get after writing a positive review about their booking.
If the review was negative, the messaging would be different. It would also give the change to get in contact with a CS agent right away.
E.g.: file a complaint report or request a refund immediately.
I might animate this one day, to show you how it works. The buttons respectively do:
Yes: Opens up the keyboard with a chat-syle input field, plus an NPS counter (1–10).
No: The Modal gets dismissed.
