MeterGenius - Energy Handbook

MeterGenius is a complete customer engagement solution for electricity providers.

The Energy Handbook is the knowledge center for energy activities. Users earn points by answering usage questions, setting reminders, reading content, performing one-time upgrades, and purchasing products. Points can then be used towards a user's energy bill, or to purchase energy efficiency products like thermostats, light bulbs, and and shower heads.

The interface was intentionally made to be moderately overwhelming to keep a constant stream of things with which a user can interact. Even if users come to the Energy Handbook without the intention of interacting with the cards, they're enticed by the simplicity of engagement.

Leveling up across categories eventually drives the user's overall power score ("Sapling Saver"), which is used as an indicator for energy companies to identify their most efficient customers.
