Ux Flow & Feature Outline

We typically optimize and add new features to existing flows. Instead of just a user flow, I noticed there was a need to highlight new additions/updates and how they affected the flow. With a flow & feature outline, we are easily able to discuss details and scope with PM's and tech leads. It's scrappy, but super useful.
