I'm playing with the idea of leading into my photo posts with a big, spacious title and hint at the content below (see attachment).

I like the general idea but I'm not sure whether it's the right way to go for posts that are focused on a single photograph. On the one hand, it gets the title up as a hero and pulls you down into the photograph with a hint that there's then a story to read afterward. On the other, it's hiding the photo until you scroll which might turn some people off if they're browsing a number of posts in succession.

I'm also trying to get around the problem of making sure people see that there's a story/content below the photo and encourage reading rather than just a quick scan of the image and moving on.
