Create work order user flow

The tablet version of creating a work order for a client in NYC. This system would be used by a tenant to needs to submit a work order request to the building owners.

The goal here was to make each screen as simiple and possible to allow the user to only have to make one decision per screen to keep their mental load as light as possible.
