To texture or not to texture? #2

Here is a rebound. The noise was useless on the light text, so I tried to do that on a semibold text.

I'd like to make the text like it was printed on the texture, but again I ask you if the noise makes the text like if it's of a bad image quality, instead of a textured effect.

Which is better?
