Red Sox Scores: June 23, 2016
The Red Sox avoided a four-game sweep by the White Sox in dramatic fashion on Thursday afternoon. After an uneventful ninth inning, Boston closer Craig Kimbrel loaded the bases in the tenth, only to retire the side without giving up a run. A Xander Bogaerts RBI single allowed the Red Sox to walk off with the win.
