News Webpage

Our new website is live – check it out at aquicore.com! This is a snapshot of the news page that highlight articles, events and press releases for Aquicore. My goal was to provide a more interesting interaction with our articles, events and press releases by designing a modular card system. The most recent news populates at the top and you have the ability to sort and search for what you need. Each category has it's own icon and color scheme in hopes that the user can quickly identify the type of content they are looking for. On hover, the entire "card" outlines in color and on the click, it redirects you to a landing page (still hosted on Hubspot). This is a huge improvement from the long, boring, text list we had before! I really enjoy the ability to design something and pass it off to a developer – it gives me the opportunity to put more thought into the user experience rather than limiting the complexity in order to code it myself. I'm sure there will be improvements to come, but I am pleased that my ideas are on the web and functioning (almost) properly. ; )
