Static Cling Monogram

My brother needed a quick monogram logo for his side projects. He launched his YouTube channel yesterday with a demo video for an audio extension he's been programming. This is the first place the logo has lived in public.

He had a preliminary idea but I sketched some other options (with his idea as a starting point), and this is the one he picked. I'd be incredibly surprised if this hasn't been done before, but I couldn't find anything exactly like it.
